The boot is made from genuine suede in 5 creamy colors inspired by your favorite sweet treats: Blue Moon, Pistachio Green, Mocha Brown, Ube Purple and Creamsicle Orange. The boot offers structured support throughout and is lined with an ultra-comfy patterned liner to keep your feet feeling snug.
Sure-Grip brings you the next generation in plate design, the Avanti Magnesium plate. The plate features 10 degree and ultra-responsive double action in a sleek hollow design that offers performance and durability without sacrificing lightness. The trucks on the Magnesium plate have a ball/pivot adjustment and this plate is lighter than aluminum plates.
This set up comes with Sure-Grip Velvet wheels, a reinvention of vintage Vanathane wheels. Vanathane wheels were a term used for the early roller and skateboard wheels from the decades before urethane wheels. Traditionally these wheels are known for providing a perfect balance between slip and grip on hardwood skating floors, with resistance against flat spots/flattening. The wheels are complete with VNLA Reaction ABEC-9 bearings.
Sizing tip: the A La Mode boot runs approximately 1/2 size large. Half sizes should go DOWN 1/2 size as opposed to up. If your boot is a little roomy, we recommend adding a VNLA Contour Insole.
