We offer a 90-day exchange policy on all of our products as long as they are in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us, but we ship all exchanges back to you for free if you are shipping within the USA. All international orders are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
You can also exchange for a different product from what you ordered. If the exchange costs more we will contact you for the additional payment. If the exchange costs less we will refund you the difference.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You are required to pay to ship the item back to us, and when we receive the item in new, unused condition and in its original packaging we will refund your original payment method.
If you would rather exchange for a different size or different skate altogether we will send you the exchange for free. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you feel you have a warranty claim, we may ask you to send us a picture or ship the item back for inspection. Once the product is determined to be defective, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

QUICK EXCHANGE TIP: Due to the current COVID pandemic, our warehouse is operating with a limited staff. To speed up an exchange, you are encouraged to place a second order for the desired size or color. Once your first order/exchange is received, a refund will be processed.
