We ship using UPS and FedEx for the majority of orders.

  • Domestic Shipping Options (USA)

      • Standard Shipping (Contiguous USA)

      • FREE for orders over $99 ($10 flat shipping for orders under $99)
      • Your order processes within 2-3 business days and ships UPS Ground.
      • Standard Shipping (AK,HI, US territories)

      • $30 for orders under $199; $15 for orders over $199
      • Your order processes within 2-3 business days and ships UPS Ground.
      • Rush Shipping (Contiguous USA)

      • Current rate calculated at checkout
      • Your order processes by next business day and ships UPS 2nd Day Air.
      • Rush Shipping (AK,HI,US territories)

      • Current rate calculated at checkout
      • Your order processes by next business day and ships UPS 2nd Day Air.
      • Overnight Shipping (Contiguous USA)

      • Calculated / *CURRENTLY DISABLED*
      • Orders placed before noon (CST) will ship the same business day.

     

    **Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier and transit time is out of our control. Delivery timeframes are estimations

    **Please note, FedEx and UPS do not deliver overnight packages on Saturday or Sunday. Orders shipped on Friday with overnight shipping will arrive the following week. This is their rule not ours. Overnight Saturday delivery is available, but please call for rates. It averages $75 or more.

    SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

     International Shipping - Canada

      • Current rates calculated at checkout. 2 service levels are available: UPS Expedited ("Standard") and UPS Express Saver ("Rush").
      • Not eligible for exchanges. Returns accepted.

     

     International Shipping - Europe

      • Available to customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.
      • PLEASE NOTE: An order minimum of £135 is set for customers in the UK
      • Current rates calculated at checkout. 2 service levels are available: UPS Expedited ("Standard") and UPS Express Saver ("Rush").
      • Not eligible for returns or exchanges
      • Customer is responsible for additional duties/taxes which are calculated at checkout and due upon delivery

  • General Shipping Info

    Signature for Delivery

    In most cases, we do not require an adult signature for deliveries. If you prefer for us to require a signature please note that on your order or contact us and let us know. Orders of high value or order which contain shipping addresses which differ from billing addresses will be sent with signature delivery requested. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave your package without a signature is that of the delivery person (e.g. UPS/FedEx). If you would rather have the delivery person leave your order on your door step it is best to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required".

      • ORDER NOT DELIVERED

      • Delivery issues
      • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to 1. refused delivery, 2. the customer failed to pay duties/taxes to the carrier upon delivery (international customers only), or 3. the customer inputted the wrong address when they placed their order, the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping cost, which will be deducted directly from the customer's refund.

      • Package lost/stolen
      • If a package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer service team. They will submit a claim with UPS and an investigation will take place. We do not issue refunds for lost/stolen packages unless UPS determines the package was lost, but you may be entitled to a re-shipment.
