    If you are happy with your product but need to make a change such as a different size or color, we will provide you with a free return shipping label!

    We offer a 90-day exchange policy on all products in new condition with the original product box still intact. Products returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, stains or debris) may be rejected by our Returns Department.

    RETURN FOR REFUND

    We offer a 30-day policy for returns for refund back to the original payment method, and a 90-day policy for returns for store credit. The returned products must be in new condition and the original product box must be intact. Products returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, stains or debris) may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee, deducted from the refund (issued as store credit only). Product boxes returned missing or damaged are subject to a $5 rebox fee.

    A shipping label fee ($12 for customers in the Contiguous USA, $18 for customers in HI, AK and Canada) applies to returns processed as “refund to original payment method”.

    If you feel you have a warranty claim, we may ask you to send us a picture or ship the item back for inspection. Once the product is determined to be defective, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
