POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

I have Flintstone feet and he's are probably the best wedding skates I've owned. I just followed the guide precising and they fit beautifully! The ride is super smooth on them as well. I'm excited to get a lot of mileage out of these!

Let my husband open his bday gift early. He loved them and I was nervous about size. However these fit perfectly and I will be buying a pair for myself on my bday in 8 days so when we go roller skating we are ready to conquer these new tricks now that we have jam plugs and non restrictive skates. He kept saying yesterday he could feel the difference and feel like these are the best skates for him. Thanks team for all your help on my order. I will be ordering my pair from you in the next few days
