POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

I am really happy I got these skates. I researched for quite some time and I am glad I decided on these. Lots of cushion for protection, very smooth in motion, and breathable in really hot weather. I would recommend!

My husband wears 10.5 EEE in street shoes, and the hard frames of most inlines are incredibly painful. This is the first soft boot we've found. They're still too narrow for him, but they're breaking in, and he has proclaimed them as 100% better than his old skates. They're also much faster and more agile than his old skates.

This is my 2nd pair of Fila and I don’t even want to hear about any other brand. They are super light, comfortable, beautiful in colour. I can rollerskate for hours. Highly recommend them.

My daughter loves these skates. She zips around the rink so fast that she is lapping everyone. She also states that they are very comfortable, with lots of cushioning in them. They look nice too.

Was the cheapest skates I could find for size 13 not really cheap at 130 but they are nice. Good bearings they roll very well. Made it hard to go slow next to my daughter who is learning because a light push would get you 1/4 of the way around the track but I believe they will last me for years.
