Sure-Grip brings you the next generation in plate design, the Avanti. This 10 degree double action plate is built to last. A sleek hollow design gives skaters performance and durability without sacrificing lightness.
They've made mounting easy by including four mounting holes in the front of the plate to aid in mounting different boot types. Mounting hardware included.
The Avanti Aluminum Plate includes a standard fixed pivot double action truck, both polished aluminum.
Plates will come with black axle nuts and mounting hardware. Also included are Sure-Grip super cushions, 4 conical and 4 barrel, 5/16" (8mm) axles.
This plate only comes in a 8mm axle size.
Please note: plate size is not the same as boot/shoe size. Your boot/shoe size will tell us the plate size you need. Providing us with the length of your sole (measured to the nearest centimeter) will also help us determine the proper plate size.
Mounting hardware is included.

Some QC issues with trucks
Purchased these to replace a lower quality plate. The trucks seem to have serious QC issues. The axles on all the trucks were at least slightly uneven, with different lengths of the axle exposed on either side of the truck hanger. On one truck this issue was so pronounced that I couldn't tighten the axle nut tight enough to secure the wheel (the nut was bottoming out on the unthreaded portion of the axle). Rollerskatenation promptly sent a replacement. The replacement also had the issue, but not so pronounced as to be unusable. I would recommend ordering different plates.

Baseplate
These plates were an excellent modification for my skates. Not to mention that the skate nation representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful in finding just what I wanted.

Strong and light
I purchased vnla vline boots size 10 and avanti frames. I wanted the white magnesium, but they were sold out. RSN mounted the frames to the boots perfectly and even installed the green jam plugs I had in my cart. I think I could have ordered different trucks too, if I wanted. Anyway, I ordered them on Monday, I had them by Friday. I installed my green Zombie wheels and went skating. I had to tighten the trucks to where I like them. They are amazing.

cost effective performance
I have another set of skates with the Avanti plate. Hands down super easy to adjust the trucks compared to the old style kingpin setups. Purchased another Avanti plate setup to replace the nylon Rock plate on my sister's skates as the nylon plates bend and crack over time. Would recommend this plate to anyone who wants a quality upgrade. However Im still waiting for the product to arrive. As of right now this will take at least 2 weeks to ship directly from Sure-Grip as rollerskatenation does not have the part in stock
