      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

    UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE

    I had to have these for my 11 year old's derby camp. No sports store in our area had them. Ordered Friday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning 2 hours before the camp started. Now my little skating slayer can continue to slay.

    So recently I have purchased these very skates for a good friend of mine....His back story is that he and his girlfriend are a part of a lifetime skate family that I also belong to.For the past several years we all have been reliving our youth and took up a special occasion for all Adults 21& up called "Adult Skate" at our local rink. anyway most of us own, our own very expensive speed skates and his were so-so but never really felt good....so I decided to give a fellow skate enthusiast a break that he would not normally have ever been able to do for himself because of his limited income being part of the Special needs community. I also have a son who is just entering the adult special needs community so I wanted to do more but I myself am just comfortable enough. These skates I will find brought more happiness to a guy who lives to skate and I look forward to seeing him enjoy them.

    these shows are amazing because they are rally comfortable and when you skate it feels so smooth and you really fast and I love fast.
