Riedell 111 Citizen Outdoor Roller Skates

I'm a recent roller skate convert, inspired by a video of the Moxi skaters in Cali. I ordered these skates after a night at the local skate rink proved that I actually enjoyed it. These arrived the day they said they would in perfect condition, fit true to size, & perform better than any roller rink skates. I'm trying them inside on both tile & wood floors rather than outside due to snow & ice, but so far so great! Really happy with this product for the price.

So far so good! Brings me back to the days and the roller skates are just what I wanted. They are a bit stiff but I believe probably just need to break them in. I hope they will last but only time will tell.

These skates are so durable and and they fit perfectly. I’m usualy an 8 but ordered a 7 since it’s in men sizes. I also wear thick socks so the hi top doesn’t rub shading my ankle and with my socks they fit so well and snug. You’ll want to make sure you adjust bearing to a tight resistance because mine came very wheely and spinny haha. Remodel is a great brand. I will be getting my derby skates from here with Reidell as well. Also came like 4 business days :)

These skates afford a senior to exercise with great entertainment.

I was so excited for them to come in, and I was not dissapointed! They come with a little wrench tool to adjust the trucks, wheels, and toe stops to your liking. I found the wheels a little intidimating when I first skated, as they spun too fast and I'm a complete beginner. But it was nothing adjusting the wheels tighter and toe stop longer couldn't fix! It made the actual riding part easier as it gave me more control and allowed me to learn with confidence rather than worry about my speed. The boots themselves are good quality and the wheels easily glide over tiny sticks and cracks. It's still intidimating, but with practice comes ease, and I feel like these skates are a great investement for any beginner! Tips I've learned: Squatting makes skating and falling (important to learn, believe it or not!!) easier, so don't tie the shoes all the way up to the top to allow your ankles a little wiggle room for squatting. The boots themselves are thick enough to still provide enough protection and security for your ankles. Happy skating noobs! :)

I roller skated as a kid, then at 65 years old I decided to try it again. It had been 50 years - yes 1/2 a century since I had skated. In an effort to expand my exercise routine I decided to buy a pair of skates. I had never owned a pair of skates as a kid. I can't tell you how I felt when I opened that box and saw those beautiful skates. I felt like I was 15 again. They are a dream. It is taking me awhile to get the drift again, but I am having a blast. They could not be a better quality skate. I was so excited I left the bag in the box and threw it away by mistake. It's ok. I love my skates.

Bought these for an 11 year old girl who wanted to skate in her neighborhood (bumpy roads, leaves/twigs scattered around). They roll great! Skates came in 4 days - not the 6 to 10 days stated on the website - so we felt lucky and surprised. Great product!

New skate for my 43 y.o always feel great to back to skating again. And I satisfy this one. Customer service was great and fast replying. Thank you.

I originally purchased this for my son for he wanted the feel of the old school, and man! Was he so right, great skates for indoor and outdoor use.
