These Skates Rock!!!
These are my first skates, I've had them for a little while now and I think they are fantastic. I usually wear a women's size 6 or 6.5 and the white size 6 fit me perfectly. Get a toe guard or the leather on the toe will get scraped up. Wheels are great for outdoors. After about two hours of skating my toe stop fell off but I screwed it right back on. I have never really liked exercising, I was that person in health class that the teacher hated because I sucked at everything, but I've been using these skates everyday since I got them and its a pretty good workout. Definitely something people who don't usually like more physical activity than going for walks can pick up on. Get some good knee pads and wrist guards if you're new! And watch Indy Jamma Jones on youtube to learn some basics, it's very helpful.

I use them everyday
These are the first roller skates I've ever owned and their perfect for a beginner like myself. They are outdoor skates and work perfectly going over bumps and cracks, but they also work in the roller rinks as well. I ordered and received the skates within a week. I'm so happy and I will continue to buy and skate stuff I need from this website.

Fun for a 47 year old
The skates are extremely well constructed and the sizing seems to work out just right. I am a woman's size 10.5 to 11 and purchased the black skates in men's size 10. I bought these to learn to roller skate (again) this summer. It was an activity I loved as a kid.

6 White Boot / Black Wheels
I was searching for this pair of skates through multiple sites, and this was the best option for me because you can chose the color of the wheels as oppose to other sites where the default color was pink. It didn’t take very long after placing the order for shipping. I received them in about 3 days. They’re really comfortable so they don’t need a lot of breaking in. I rode them out in my neighborhood with my husband, I forgot how much fun it was. Love my skates!

No regrets!
After extensive research and combing through Amazon, these skates were the best deal. Plus, I could choose the color of wheels I wanted (orange)! Shipping was quick- I had my skates within a week. I've put a few outdoor miles on them now and I'm very happy with the integrity of the wheels and the toe stops. So happy!!!

Great skates
I bought them for my 9 yo daughter. She is intermediate level and she skates on streets. Skates are extremely comfortable and stable. Her shoe size is 4 1/2. I bought 5 man. The quality of shoes and all materials is impressive. She loves them and she improves every day. Delivery was super fast and the best price around.

Takes some tome to break in
These were my first pair of skates I bought for myself, however I am educated on them and sinply needed a "cheaper" skate to learn better on. These boots are very well built, with lots of padding and thick PVC material. This makes the boot insanely stiff, however, and so I emded up using a hair dryer to help mould it to my feet. It softened up a bit after that. The toe box is quite slim, and i have to modify my lacing to keep it from pinching. I also added arch inserts, as the solesnof these boots offer no arch support. I was happily surprised that the Citizen boot came with said Sure Grip Aerobic wheels, and adjustable toe stop. The original Citizen skates on the Riedell website are different from this build, but this version is the improved one, for sure. This is a good boot that has held up so far. Overall, a bit uncomfortable, but protective and a great beginner skate. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived as described.

Great skates
My first pair of skates, i love them, the boot is comfortable and i have wide feet. The wheels work great for rolling over cracks and debris, and they're more vibrant than in the picture, i got the pink ones. The trucks feel nice and are easy to move in. My only issue was a toe stop that wouldn't stay secure to the boot despite how i adjusted it, but i e-mailed the roller skate nation staff and they're sending me a new set, awesome. Ive been skating with one toe stop and i love the skates, they feel durable, comfortable and are tons of fun!
