    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    These elbow pads do not come with instructions as to which way to put them on. I guess I am doing it right. I'm not sure it makes much difference with these. But they are doing the job. I have fallen 3 times and my elbows and arms suffered no damage.

    Better fit sizing wise then the knee pads... very durable and protective
