The Super-X quad skate plate is considered the "workhorse" skate plate, because they have been tried and proven true in so many rough skate setups. Rental skates, outdoor skating, and beginner skates have all used these Sure-Grip skate plates, as they are durable and built for the long haul. 

They feature 10 degree on the plates with double action and are compatible with fixed toe stops (5/16" housing). This plate is a great choice for skaters that need a durable aluminum plate. 

Plate size is not the same as boot/shoe size. Your boot/shoe size will tell us the plate size you need. Providing us with the length of your sole (measured to the nearest centimeter) will also help us determine the proper plate size.

      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

    Overall, these are great. They are very budget friendly compared to most quality plates. I took a pair of Vans sneakers and made skates. My only gripe is that, unlike most plates I've encountered, they have a sort of double truck situation so you need a special tool small enough to get at the truck to loosen. It's not a deal breaker, just something to note. My order arrived fast and I'm pretty pleased.

    For my first custom build these plates were great and they including the mounting hardware at no extra charge which saved me a confusing trip to the store! Fully plan on purchasing from here for all my skate needs!

    Sturdy plates for homemade shoe skates

    I used these plates to make my own vans shoe skates. They are very sturdy, they were easy to install considering I have never built my own skates before. I feel much safer on these trying to do tricks than on nylon plates. They're a bit heavy, and one of the king pins was much harder to get in than the other 3, but overall I really like these plates.
