VNLA (Vanilla) has designed and manufactured high-end roller skates and skate components since 2005 and is the premier brand for jam and rhythm skaters. The VNLA Á La Mode is the newest addition to the VNLA collection and is the sweet ride skaters have been asking for!

The roller skate boot is made from genuine suede. The boot offers structured support throughout and is lined with an ultra-comfy patterned liner to keep your feet feeling snug. 

The Jelly Roll wheels by Backspin are designed to handle rough terrain. They roll smoothly over the bumps and debris you'll encounter outdoors! The transparent urethane wheels with a nylon hub measure 62mm in diameter and have a hardness of 78A. They come complete with VNLA Reaction ABEC-9 bearings.

Sizing tip: the VNLA A La Mode boot runs approximately 1/2 size large. Half sizes should go DOWN 1/2 size as opposed to up. If your boot is a little roomy, we recommend adding a VNLA Contour Insole. 

For example:

If you wear a Ladies' 9.5 shoe, order the Men's 8 (Ladies' 9-9.5). 

If you wear a Men's 8.5 shoe, order the Men's 8 (Ladies' 9-9.5).

      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2025 and 1/1/2026, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
