Please Note: The sizes on this skate are in KIDS' sizes. #1 Sizing Rule: Sizing for kids skates go: 10J, 11J, 12J, 13J (JUNIOR SIZES) and then sizes 1, 2, 3, 4 in Kid's sizes! Sometimes it's best for Kid's skates to purchase 1 size larger so that they can wear them longer and eventually grow into the next size up! To start you can pair with a thick sock or double up on socks!

      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
