What are Factory Seconds? Besides being a great way to save a lot of money on a pair of skates, "Factory Seconds" are items that have minor manufacturing flaws or cosmetic imperfections, causing them to fail a factory quality inspection. They are NEW and 100% functional, but don't meet the manufacturer's standard for a "perfect" item, allowing significant savings for YOU! Roller Skate Nation is one of few authorized sellers of Riedell Factory Seconds.

The Riedell 220 roller skates have leather uppers with split leather lining, luscious ankle padding and reinforced quarters for stability. They are handmade in the USA and are available in a medium width in black or white.

The Sunlite Plates are incredibly lightweight so you won't feel weighed down and can skate freely. With a patented V-bracing design, this plate is also extremely durable, which is why they come with a LIFETIME guarantee against breakage. This skate comes with a black Sunlite plate, but if you prefer a different color, call us to place a custom order!

The Sure-Grip Boardwalk Outdoor Wheels are designed for absorbing shock and rolling smoothly over pavement. At 65mm x 38mm diameter and 78A hardness, they are complete with Speed Master ABEC 7 Bearings. The Speed Master ABEC 7 bearings are polished chromed steel ball bearings with a grooved race-way for heat dissipation. They are lightly oiled for superior roll.

Please note: The black boot is made in Mens sizing and the white boot is made in Ladies sizing. Ladies who wish to order the black boot must order 1 size down from their everyday shoe size. 

The 220 boot is heavily padded and may feel too tight the first time a skater tries them on. Upon receiving them, we recommend putting them on, lacing them up and sitting with them on for an hour so the foam can conform to your foot before determining if they are the right fit or not.

We stock Riedell high-top boots in Medium width for Ladies' boots (white) and Medium width for Men's boots (black). The width for the black boot is "C" and the width for the white boot is "B". Please scroll down to see charts for width measurements. If you have narrow or wide feet, please inquire about placing a custom order and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Women who wish to order the black boot should order 1 full size down from their normal shoe size.

      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
