Rhythm skating is a type of dance skating like jam skating or artistic skating. The main difference between jam and rhythm style is that rhythm skating uses a high-top boot rather than a low top boot. And unlike artistic skating, there is more freedom in the movements due to the use of jam plugs instead of toe stops. Some popular rhythm skates include the VNLA Godfather and VNLA V-Line.
