POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

I do a ton of trail skating, and these hold up amazingly well when I roll over debris and cracks. Highly recommend for anyone who does outdoor skating, especially on trails! The size makes a huge difference compared to any stock wheels.

These wheels work great. I'm a novice skater, just moving to outdoor skating. So far these wheels have a wonderful feel to them - smooth and easy. Feels sure footed, so to speak. I love that they feel confidence inducing with their grip as I practice more advanced turns and what not. No complaints. I got the bigger ones.

One of my wheels came when a chunk missing and they immediately sent over a replacement wheel free of charge. They are really responsive and I have really appreciated how well they resolved my problem!

I love these wheels. They're the softest wheels I own. I used them to learn how to skate at a skate park as well as skating trails and sidewalks, etc. You want wheels to be soft outside! You'll be thankful when you roll over cracks, acorns, and twigs without struggle. I've recommended these to friends and even bought a pair for my wife. Just don't T-stop going down a long hill on a hot day or you'll end up buying another set of 4 like I did. Still. I think the only reason the price is so good still is because people don't know how good these are. I jam skate outside in these now. I considered the smaller ones but 65mm has spoiled me. I WISH they still came in the teal color, but oh well.

i love these outdoor wheels ! i got the big babies, the 65mm's ! 78a's have all the shock absorption, i roll over cracks, rocks, acorns j/k lols but, you get the picture ! i paired them up with china reds (bearings), very very nice ride !
