Returns and Exchanges
POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

This is a great value if your looking to get an upgrade on your wheels and bearings for that new set of skates. You get everything you need to boogie.

I purchased these wheels to replace my stock wheels on my skates. I got the combo because it made more sense cost wise and for the purpose of having a wheel I could take outside and in. They perform better than I thought. I get a good grip with just enough slide indoors to glide on floor. the wheels are wider than my original ones so that does take a little getting used to on the cross overs but you will and then they will be fine! Know to that the bearings come already pressed into the wheels.
