Sizing Help
Buying roller skates is just like buying a pair of shoes. Basically, your shoe size will be the size that you will need for your skates. We have skates that range from 7J (J stands for Juvenile or Child) all the way up to adult size 16.
For children it might be better to purchase one size larger for your child so that they can grow into the skate, that way the skates can last a longer time. A lot of skaters have also worn thick or double socks until their feet have fully grown into the skate.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer 3 shipping methods for those shipping within the U.S. We will email you your tracking number as soon as the order ships.
Standard Shipping
Your order should arrive between 2 and 6 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Your order will arrive within 3 business days, (If you place an order on Monday, it will arrive by Thursday).
Rush Shipping
Your order will arrive within 2 business days. (If you place an order on Monday, it will arrive by Wednesday).
We offer USPS Priority International shipping for those shipping internationally.
*Please note that once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot control the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If you want to ensure that your order arrives by a certain date it is best to choose Expedited Shipping (arrives within 3 business days after you place your order) OR Rush Shipping (arrives within 2 business days after you place your order).

Christmas Delivery Deadlines
In order to ensure your order arrives by Dec. 24 here are your deadlines. These apply to those shipping to the U.S. only.
Tue, Dec. 17 - This is the last day for "Standard" shipping (except for the following states: HI, AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, UT - these states need to order by Dec. 16).
Wed, Dec. 18 - Choose "Expedited Shipping"
Thu, Dec. 19 - Choose "Expedited Shipping"
Fri, Dec. 20 - Choose "Rush Shipping"
Sat, Dec. 21 - Choose "Rush Shipping"
Sun, Dec. 22 - Choose "Rush Shipping"
Mon, Dec. 23 - Must order by Noon (ET) and choose "Rush Shipping"
Tue, Dec. 24 - Orders placed today will arrive after Christmas
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 365-day return & exchange policy on all new (unused) skates, parts, and accessories in the original packaging.
