These skates felt great right out of the box. After about 2-3, hour long sessions they feel broken in and almost forget they're on my feet. I wanted a quality skate and that's what I received. I highly recommend any parts used on these complete skates for any custom build, as well. The boots feel great, the aluminum plates are sturdy but a bit heavy. I will upgrade to the magnesium. I did loosen the trucks a quarter turn and that made them perfect for turning. The wheels roll great with the Vanilla ABEC 9 bearings. I ordered them with the blue 92A wheels and eventually ordered and did a mix and match with the red 95A wheels. They feel good, not too sticky. Lastly, the toe stop. It's a little big but they will catch you from falling if you're inexperienced. Just pop up on your toes if you feel like you're about to go down and you'll have instant stability again.

Great skate. I did swap the bearings for Bones Redz Super and this set up is like butter. The boot does take a few skates to break in. I ended up using a mallet for breaking in baseball gloves to speed this process up greatly. Once the highest part of the ankle loosened up, the boots were great. I also added my own insole which just rounded the entire setup out. Probably not the most comfortable out of the box but after a few sessions I couldn’t see my self buying anything else at this price point. They are fast, grippy, and smooth.

Go up a size I wear 11 in Jordan’s and the 12 fit perfect. Fast delivery. Trucks were a little tight but easy to fix. Perfect skates.

Best all around set for the money! Not only did they arrive fast but RollerSkate Nation is awesome company to deal with. At the time of my purchase, the black boot wasn’t available in my size. I went with white because the full aesthetic of the assembly looked great to me. When I received the skates I noticed that the Avanti logo on the plate wasn’t facing the outside of the skates as they are always pictured. I was disappointed because it completely changed the look of the skates. I contacted RollerSkate Nation informing them of my issue. They responded immediately with a free return shipping label and said they’d fix the issue. I was pleased to hear back so fast and that it wouldn’t cost anything extra. After shipping I noticed that the black Vnla boot was back in stock in my size. I reached out again while my first pair was still in return transit to ask about the black boot. I honestly didn’t think they’d switch the boots without an additional charge because they’d already assembled a white pair. Again they responded immediately and informed me switching to the black boot was fine and no extra charge! My new skates shipped the day after my first pair were returned and I received my new skates in 3 days! To some this might sound like a headache but the fact is that they took care of me better than any online retailer I’ve ever dealt with. Always fast to respond, pleasant and super helpful. They literally exceeded every expectation I had along the way. My skates arrived today and I’m rolling tonight. I literally stopped during this session to write this review. Couldn’t be happier.
