POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

SIZING HELP
Buying roller skate boots is just like buying a pair of shoes. Your shoe size will determine the size roller skate that you need. If you would like to talk with a Skate Rep about sizing please click the button at the bottom right-hand corner or call us at 913-894-9339. We also have a "Worry Free Guarantee" - if the skates are not a great fit just send them back to us and we'll ship you out a better size at no additional cost. Please Note: The boots listed are in Men's sizes and slightly wider (C-width). Men: these skate boots are true to size. Ladies: for the best fit, go down 1 size from your normal shoe size (ex: Woman wears a women's 10 - she would order a Mens 9/Ladies 10)
