POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

I bought these for my son for his birthday. He is absolutely in love with them. Ride is smooth, construction is great quality. The only thing is that the top of the boot is very rigid (hopefully it will break in after he wears them a few times). Fit is very true to size. I want a pair for me now.

I love my skates. They are extremely comfortable, durable, And the smoothness of the glide is un-matched. I was tired of renting skates all the time as it can add up. So why not buy my own. Definitely worth the investment.

I wear a size 12 4E in mens workboot and got a size 12 in mens and they fit amazing. Sooo much action when leaning side to side which i got used to pretty fast. Im 31 years old and havent been on skates since i was 13. It was like i picked up right where i left off. Great craftsmanship.

My son just received these a few days ago and gets to try them out tonight. The skates seem to be of quality. I will adjust the review if required. I don't usually write a review so soon, but I wanted to praise the customer service for their quick response, diligence and honoring the price match. They have me sold as a loyal customer for all my future needs. Having 3 kids, I think this company will see plenty of orders from me in the near future.

These are very high quality skates, I have been using them for 2 weeks now and they have held up very well with my aggressive jam skating and speed skating style. Very comfortable boot as well. Shipping was also much quicker than expected. Overall would recommend as a great pair of skates for intermediate to advance level skating.
