For example: men should order 1 size down from their normal U.S. Men's shoe size, and women should order 2 sizes down from their normal U.S. Women's shoe size.

      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2025 and 1/1/2026, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

    I purchased these for my husband as his first pair of inline skates, he has really enjoyed them. I originally ordered a size down from his street shoe size and they were way too small, so we exchanged for his regular size and they fit well. Exchange was easy and fast! Great skates for anyone looking to get into skating.
