Please note: these boots are made in Men's sizes, but we list the ladies' equivalent, so you know exactly which size you need. If you are a half-size in shoes, we recommend sizing down as opposed to up. For example, if you wear a Ladies 8.5 shoe, order the Mens 7 (Ladies 8). 

The sizes listed on this skate are in Men's sizes, but we list the Ladies equivalent so you know which size to purchase.

#1 Sizing Rule: Buying roller skates is just like buying a pair of shoes. Unless stated otherwise, your shoe size will be the size that you will need for your skates. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about sizing.

      Allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for processing + 2-3 days (estimated) for order to arrive.

        $30 standard shipping for orders under $199; $15 for orders over $199.

        Allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for processing + 4-6 days (estimated) for order to arrive.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    • POLICY

      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
