HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

I already posted a review on the skates, but what I actually bought at the site was these wheels. I bought the rock expression skates that were for indoor use from another site not knowing and the wheels were horrible. I don't know about skates so I was going to just buy new skates but the customer service lady for this site told me about this package then she just told me to get the wheels so I can get a little more out of my previous buy. She even helped me over the phone switch the wheels out! I highly recommend these and this site.
