HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.
- We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).
- Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!
- Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)
- Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

4 knee pad to smal

This knee pad could use a bit more strap. The cap and width is fine but the strap, the strap is ridiculous. I feel like these knee pads won't fit a kid.

3 Cute, but be careful with sizes

The pads are cute but quality could be better. I originally ordered Medium but had to exchange for Large since the Medium kneepads didn't fit. Both sets had poor stitching holding down the white velcro to the pads, so every time I took off the pads I have to be careful not to tear off the velcro. I had to hold the velcro on the pad down with one finger while lifting the other side with the rest of my hand. As for sizing, it's weird! Personally my measurements did not line up with any one set. My measurements told me I needed small wrist guards, medium elbow pads, and my thighs apparently are bigger than what the large size can accommodate. For the Med pads, wrist guards and elbow pads fit fine but knee pads were too tight. On the Large pads, wrist guards are loose, elbow pads fit fine, and knee pads could be a smidge bigger.
