      HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: For orders placed between 11/1/2024 and 1/1/2025, we offer a 60-day return window for refunds back to the original payment method.

    • We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy (available to customers in the U.S.A only).

    • Returns for exchange or store credit ship back free of charge!

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

      I ordered these skates for my grandson for Christmas. He is on the speed team skating with inlines however, he wanted these quads when session skating, can not wait for him to try these.

      When I first put them on they felt like a perfect fit. They are very comfortable and good for skating. I would really recommend to anyone if they want to buy these.

      It was time for an upgrade

      The age of 8 at started roller skating at a local skating rink in my hometown. It was my hang out spot up up until I was 13. The age of 10 I was surprised with a pair of Carrera roller skates and have had them for 21 years now. The boot was wearing out on my left skate. I did my research and after extensive research I made the decision to purchase the Code Blue VNLA roller skates. VNLA is an awesome company and represents its brand well. I highly recommend purchasing a pair of Vanilla roller skates. It’s one of my best investments.
