Lenexa Dottie Roller Skate

SO, I HAVEN'T SKATED OUTSIDE SINCE I WAS A KID IT TOOK AWHILE FOR ME TO GET USE TO. WORD OF ADVISE IF YOU ARE GOING TO SKATE OUTSIDE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GO ON A TRAIL BECAUSE THE SURFACE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. BUT I DID ATTEND A SKATE PARTY A YEAR AGO SO I KNEW HOW TO SKATE BUT OUTSIDE IT'S DIFFERENT. ALSO I LOVE THE PRODUCT IT'S GREAT.

They just came in yesterday. In great condition, they fit perfect. I am a size 7 1/2 in womens so I went for the 5 men's size. These were the only skates I could find that were not sold out. I am not a fan of the original design, not my style and it seems kiddish (I am 22years old) so I repainted the whole thing with fabric paint. Came out really great. Although I havnt tried them outside yet, the wheels seem to work really well on inside hard flooring...so well in fact I fell on my bum the second I tried them on and stood up lol. I'd imagine they'd be easier to skate in outside since theres more grip on the floor. The skates are really comfortable, a lot of padding, I wear thick socks with them so theres more of that tight security and my foot isnt glidding in the shoe when I skate but that's just me, some people like a little extra room for the toes. All in all, great first time skates. I reccomend them.

I wear an 8 in women’s and ordered a 5, while they are a bit small it’s not the worst thing in the world. The other bonus is that all of the terrible decals and logos come off easily with acetone!

I received my order pretty quickly. I order the pink ones and they are just as cute in person. I followed what others said about sizing. I usually wear a woman's 8 - 8.5, I ordered a 6 and they fit great! They came with three different colors of shoe laces which was a nice surprise. I have been on them outside several times now. They roll smoothly and are easy to turn in. It was a great purchase and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was a little uncertain about these skates since they look more like toys than anything a grown person might find useful, but after several trips out with them on some unforgivingly bumpy pavement, I'm impressed. Most of the wheels needed to be slightly loosened to allow for optimal movement, but they work just fine for me starting as a hobbyist and not having skated regularly since I was a kid. If you're going to spend more time outside than inside, or you know you'll be on bumpy pavement, spring for true outdoor wheels, as the hybrid ones these come with are probably best for very smooth outdoor surfaces.

I love them so comfortable and cute! Usually a women's 8 but purchased mens 5/womens 7 and they fit great!

This is a decent pair of skates! I am a beginner and intend to skate outdoors and get into jam skating. The wheels work well for outdoor skating. I do, however, prefer higher quality skates, with a better boot and wheels. But since I am on a budget, these skates really do work well in the mean time! Great skates if you are a beginner.

I was absolutely amazed with these skates, super comfortable and super cute. Would absolutely purchase again!!!
