Are you seeking an outdoor skate with support and comfort, but that looks great too? The Riedell 11 Citizen Plus Outdoor Roller Skates are just for you! The Riedell 111 boot has soft vinyl uppers ensuring great mobility and perfect fit.

The durable PowerDyne Thrust nylon plates offer the support that you need for outdoor skating without unneeded bulk and weight. A large Powerdyne adjustable toe stop is there to support you when making quick stops in the great outdoors!

The plate is finished with Sonar Zen wheels (62mm x 32mm, 85A) and ABEC 7 bearings to give you a smooth roll as you speed through the sidewalks of your neighborhood, or wherever adventure takes you! The Zen wheels come in a variety of vibrant colors so you can make your Riedell Citizen your very own! 

Please Note: The Black boot comes Men's sizes and has a D-width (wider) and the White boot comes in Ladies sizes and has a standard-width. For women who wish to order the Black boot, you will need to round a full size down from your normal shoe size for proper fit.

We also have a "Worry Free Guarantee" - if the skates are not a great fit just send them back to us and we'll ship you out a better size at no additional cost.

Please Note: The black boots that come on this skate are listed in Men's sizes and come in a wider width (D-width).

Men: The Black skate is true to size. If you wear a half size or have slightly wider feet, size up to the next nearest whole size.

Ladies: The White boot is true to size. If you are interested in the Black boot (Mens sizing), you will need to round down 1 full size from your normal shoe size. For example, a Mens size 6 is a Ladies size 7. For half sizes, we recommend rounding down to the next nearest whole size. Ex: If you wear a Ladies 7.5 shoe, You would order a Mens 7 (which is a Ladies 8).

      • We offer a 30-day return policy (available to all customers in the U.S. and Canada) and a 90-day exchange policy (available to U.S. customers only).

      • Items sold in new condition must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items sold as new that are returned used (showing scuffs, dirt or other signs of use) or missing components are subject to a 10%-20% damage fee (deducted from refund).

      • Items sold as slightly used are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only.

      • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

      • Once we receive your return, please expect 2-3 business days for your exchange to ship or 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

    Love the boot. They fit true to size. I wear size 11 in Nike and they fit perfectly. The wheels are labeled as Sonar Zen when they actually are Sonar Riva. I will swap out the wheels as my skills improve.

    These Skates are outstanding! I am 58 years old and have skated on just about everything from boards, in-line, to the great-eight. I got five set for the whole family (most of us over 50!) and we love them - good wheels, solid boots and smooth bearings. Delivery was fast and on-time all the way out here to S. Korea! Definitely will go with RSN when I get my personal high-dollar upgrades this coming simmer :)
